CONTRACT SIGNING

An important step in the purchase of real estate is the signing of the appropriate notarized contract based on the applicable legislation. This will comprise the rights and obligations of both parties to the contract, price specification, payment schedule and deadlines.

MAKING PAYMENTS

We take a flexible approach to financial matters. The standard payment schedule, which depends on the progress of the on-site works, can be adapted to your individual payment capacity.

PROPERTY HANDOVER

We don’t want that either, which is why we have planned the handover of the keys to your apartment even before the ownership title transfer agreement. During acceptance of the property, you will have an opportunity to check its technical condition and compliance with the agreed standard.

OWNERSHIP TITLE TRANSFER CONTRACT

Once the construction has been completed and we have obtained the necessary documents and permits, we will once again invite you to the notary’s office to sign the final notarized contract. Once it has been signed, you will become the owner of your property.
